Returns & Exchanges

We want you in the right size, and if something is not right, we make it easy.

The window

Return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with the original tags still attached. We are not able to accept anything once the original tags have been removed.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we will send you our return address. You cover the cost of shipping the original piece back to us, and once it arrives we send the new size out to you at no charge. Exchanges follow the same rule: unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.

Returns for refund

If you would rather have your money back, the same applies. Email us for the return address and ship the piece back at your own cost.

How to start

Email us at huntervought.co@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with the return address and simple instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days. We cover return shipping on those and will make it right at no cost to you.
